• Old Engagement Team Format/Roles
  • Recruitment team is responsible for introducing Generate to students and possible clients. They are the face of Generate and work with clubs, professors, and alumni in order to build the strongest teams and projects.
  • Branding Team is responsible for all branding aspects of Generate. They create the Generate "image" through design. Their influence is on every piece of media from the Outreach team and overall Generate, including the new website.
  • Content Team is responsible for the creation of new content for both internal and external purposes. They are involved in the social media, newsletters, and other communications of Generate.

  • Make all of our resources and plans evergreen: In order to better assist teams in the future and to keep the Generate image consistent and well-known, we will create resources with an evergreen lens.
  • Clout: Reach out to the greater Northeastern community so more people know of what Generate does, showcasing our work on a greater scale.
