Problem Identification

From a consumer health lens, there is issues lying with the lifestyle health sciences in diet and exercise.

Pain Points

Sales Plan:

Target Market: Consumers who are on-the-go and looking for a healthy lifestyle or diet routine.

Sales Process: Co-branding with current industry leaders (Arctic Zone, Pinnacle, Lava Lunch, etc.)

Marketing Strategies: Soft launch at Northeastern, partnering with the Husky Startup Challenge.

Project Reflection

Challenges

  1. Time played a major factor in being able to effectively troubleshoot
  2. Problems with learning the new Arduino Wifi software lead to electrical developments being underdeveloped
  3. Having to learn Fusion push product timeline back

Successes

  1. Work effectively within our team and built connections with one another
  2. Created a product idea we feel has real merits if fleshed out more
  3. Familiarized ourselves with all stages of the product development cycle
