The Operations team works to ensure internal organization, development, and process-improvement, all with the goal of creating a Generate in which the flow of communication across and through the organization is smooth, organized, and waste-free. Responsibilities of the Ops team include organizing our internal Google Drive, creating templates for the use of all Generate teams, gathering, analyzing, and reporting on pertinent data that can be used to improve our organization, maintaining and improving the procedures of the Build Studio, processing all necessary external orders, and coordinating Generate resources.
